Orders will typically ship within 1-2 business days (M-F).
Shortly after an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the specifics of the order as well as a second email with tracking information once it ships.

*Please note that orders shipping to remote areas may be subject to additional charges. A customer service representative will contact you if any adjustments are necessary.
Customs, Taxes, and Duties – EU & UK:
For shipments to the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK), please note the following:

Import Taxes & Duties: Orders shipped to the EU or UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Customs Delays: Customs processing times vary and may delay delivery. Stealth Ridge is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
We recommend contacting your local customs office if you have questions about potential import taxes or duties before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges Policies
Stealth Ridge is consistently recognized for its customer loyalty, and we are committed to 100% user satisfaction.
If the item you received from us is not the item you ordered, or if it is damaged in any way, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can also return the item and we will credit you the merchandise price, along with taxes and any shipping and handling costs.
To allow sufficient time to field test our gear in the environment of your choosing, if you find a newly purchased Stealth Ridge product unsatisfactory for any reason, we will accept it back within 60 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange for another item or items. However, in either case, return and/or redelivery shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility.
Damaged Items During Shipping:
If your order arrives damaged, please follow the instructions below immediately upon delivery so we can assist you with a shipping claim.
To be eligible for a damage claim with the shipping carrier, the following evidence is mandatory:

Clear photos of the outer shipping box (all sides)

Clear photos of the internal packaging materials (padding, inserts, protective materials)

Clear photos of the damaged product(s)
Do NOT discard the shipping box or any packaging materials until the claim process is completed.
Shipping carriers require visual proof of both the external box and internal packaging to validate damage claims.
⚠️Failure to provide photos of the box and packaging materials, or discarding them before documentation, will make it impossible to file a claim with the carrier, and we will unfortunately be unable to offer a replacement or refund for shipping-related damage.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the required photos so we can initiate the claim on your behalf as quickly as possible.
Defective Products:
If you ever experience an issue with a Stealth Ridge product at any time, regardless of where it was purchased, please contact us directly and we’ll do everything reasonable to help you.
How to Make a Return:
To make a return, please take the following steps:

BEFORE returning any products, please contact us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prominently write it on the outside of the package. Packages will not be accepted without an RMA.

Include a note with your name, shipping address, phone number, email, RMA number, and reason for the return.

Wrap the item with quality padding and place in the original packaging or in an appropriate box for shipping.

A prepaid return shipping label will be provided based on your shipping country.
- All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
